THE MTM BOARD

The Board is collectively responsible for promoting the success of MTM by directing and supervising policies and strategies. It is also responsible to shareholders for the company’s financial and operational performance and risk management.

Ms. Khonsilpa has over 30 years of experience in research, financial consulting and investment banking area. She has been extensively involved in numerous types of deals including financial advisory underwriting, privatization, bond issuance, and debt restructuring cases. Her expertise also includes fund-raising strategy, asset valuation, corporate & capital restructuring and contract & commercial arrangement.

Her experiences have involved in assisting clients in several fund-raising via IPO such as Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Plc. (BAM), the most recent privatization in Thailand, Somboon Advance Technology Plc. (SAT) , which she assisted through the process from debt refinancing, private placement (PP) to IPO, and Bangkok Bank Plc (BBL) which was the largest public offering in banking sector.

Her education background was in accounting and finance and she also has FA license since 2001.
