THE MTM BOARD

The Board is collectively responsible for promoting the success of MTM by directing and supervising policies and strategies. It is also responsible to shareholders for the company’s financial and operational performance and risk management.

Dhitirat Makepoowadol

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Prior to serving as a CFO of MTM Holding, Dhitirat was finance director where she served listed company. She had experience in security business, life insurance business and manufacturing business. She is also experienced in M&A and digital transformation process.

She holds a master’s degree in managerial account from Chulalongkorn University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bangkok University.
