Jirayong Anuman-Rajadhon has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry and has advised various leading listed companies throughout her career as an investment banker. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Jay Capital Advisory Limited, a financial advisory firm established in 2006, under the license of Thai Securities and Exchange Commission and Ministry of Finance, Thailand. In addition, Jirayong has been serving as the Chairperson of Audit Committee of Pioneer Motors PCL since 2015 and as the Director of CPanel PCL since 2019.

Apart from her professional career, Jirayong is a Committee of EDP Foundation and Association of Capital Market Academy (ACMA). Jirayong is also an Advisor of Association of Children and Youths for Southern Border Peace (Luk Riang). Additionally, she is a special lecturer specialized in finance for various organizations – for example, “Director Certification Program (EDP)” by Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), “IDE to IPO” course at the National Innovation Agency supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand, “DNAbySPU” course at Sripatum University, M&A class at the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University, and CFO class for the Federation of Accounting Profession of Thailand.

Jirayong has earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Thammasat University. Inspired by her passion for art, she later obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (Fashion) from London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London in 2019.
