THE MTM BOARD

The Board is collectively responsible for promoting the success of MTM by directing and supervising policies and strategies. It is also responsible to shareholders for the company’s financial and operational performance and risk management.

Director

He has led LBO and cross-border M&A transactions for J-STAR, a Tokyo-based private equity firm. Earlier in his career, he was working with The Boston Consulting Group (Japan), ING Funds (Thailand), and currently working in 10 Bridge capital.

He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University and BE in Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
