Prior to serve as an Independent Director of MT Multimedia, Dr Rojanasak has been recognized as a business professor and independent director who has real experiences in various business scopes such as branding, marketing, innovation development, distribution, logistics, organizer, and derivative finance. He has presented his considerable contributions as the director for listed company, and other commercial firms, especially participating for the company’s strategic direction development and management, marketing and branding management, and strategy implementation and controls. Dr Rojanasak had worked as the consultant for a listed company to develop crucial key performance indicators through Balanced Scorecard approaches.

Dr Rojanasak had participated with the executives and risk management teams in the listed company to formulate and implement the strong enterprise risk management activities, such as initiating risk identification, risk appetite, risk responses, risk management implementation and control. According to his long experiences with various directorships such as independent director, chairman of committees, remuneration and nomination committee, and corporate governance committee, Dr Rojanasak has considerable knowledge and real experiences joining the Board of Directors of MT Multimedia as the independent director to jointly create and enhance the value of board’ s functions and firm.
